Developing your Leadership Style

"Leadership is a decision not a position."

This unique one day leadership development course is developed specifically for team leader and supervisors who require assistance in developing their leadership style, or refresh their skills and expertise.

The course has been developed to ensure that there is the correct balance between the theoretical concepts of leadership backed up by its real-life application in the sporting and business arena.

This leadership development course will provide participants with an understanding of the characteristics and styles of leadership, as well as equip each individual with the skills to recognise their own leadership styles. The course is designed to advise participants on how to instill motivation, confidence, passion, drive and vision in others as well as helping turn vision into reality and give participants an understanding of how leadership works in the real world.

Adrian Birrell is the former Ireland cricket coach who brought the Irish team to the World Cup for the first time in 2007. Adrian is originally from South Africa where he played international cricket and coached the U19 national side. Adrian brings a unique and individual input to the course. His experience as a successful player and coach give him exceptional and illuminating insights into the powerful role that leadership can play in the fortunes of a team or organisation.
