Reduction of the availability of captial in a business due to customers not paying on time is a real issue for many organisations in todays enviroment. This unique course has been designed for individuals who find themselves new to the area of debt collection and credit control. Its aim is to equipp you with the skills and knowledge to be able to increase the collection of outsanding debts, while still maintaining good customer and client realtions.
Workshop content includes:
- Ìdentifying the goal of credit control and debt collection
- Developing policies and procedures for providing customer credit
- identifying the skills of a good collector
- Legal options available
