Selling Skills – Advanced

The aim of this course is to reinforce the importance of sales and following up on a sales lead in this uncertain economic climate and on an international basis.  The course is delivered in an interactive way that allows the participants to utilise the skills they already possess as well as learn tips and hits from expert sales people.

Topics Include the Following:

  • Review of the selling process
  • Identifying the customer and their needs
  • Advanced sales techniques and approaches
  • The power of referrals and repeat business
  • The importance of negotiation in a sale
  • Closing the sale
