Many companies are seeking ways of reinventing or revitalizing their entrepreneurial roots.
These companies often long for some of the spark, innovation, speed and risk taking that they once had but which have slowly eroded under the weight of size, processes or hierarchy. Start-up entrepreneurs do three things very well – they identify opportunities, they shape and develop these opportunities and then they create a business structure to turn these opportunities into successful business ventures. Intrapreneurship – creating internal entrepreneurs, delivered by Innovo Training and Development, encompasses a set of activities, attitudes and actions to help companies regain some of the lost magic. At Innovo Training and Development we have delivered start-up entrepreneurship training to hundreds of potential entrepreneurs. With this course we have taken the ideas and concepts of best practice start-up business training and applied them to the traditional corporate environment through the concept of Intrapreneurship.

Intrapreneurship is not about business as usual, it’s about unusual business or unusual approaches to business. This course is aimed at Managers within organizations to help them understand the concept of intrapreneurship and how do develop a climate of creativity and innovation within their teams.

The course runs for a half day a month for four months and will be delivered by two Innovo training and development trainers; Orla Doyle, a qualified executive coach, and Declan Byrne, entrepreneur and founder of Innovo Training and Development, Titan Marketing and Impact Medical.

We will work closely with Management Teams initially to understand the industry and sector the company operates in to maximize the return on investment from the development of the intrapreneurial platform.
