Executive Coaching
Executive Coaching is a developing field and is an element of life and career coaching.
Life and career coaching focus solely on the individual and assesses their individual goals and aspirations.
Executive coaching has a wider remit.
Executive coaching, not only involves the executive and coach, but also the organisation in which the executive plays a major role.
The role of the coach is to aid the professional development of the executive through the recognition of their strengths, and how they can use these strengths to develop not only themselves but their organisation.
Through a programme of executive coaching the executive will be able to:
- Identify their current reality.
- Envisage their intended outcomes.
- Compile an action plan to reach their intended goals and outcomes.
