Declan Byrne - Director
Declan is a founder and Director of Innovo Training and Development. He has facilitated training, conducted research and delivered strategic business advice in areas such as Leadership, Teambuilding, Intrapreurship to the highest level in sectors ranging from Education and Sport & Leisure, to Retail and Telecommunications with clients such as Wyeth, Setanta Sports, and Bord Na Mona.
Declan regularly lectures in some of Ireland's leading academic institutions, including the Michael Smurfit School of Business, UCD and Blanchardstown IT.
Declan currently holds a Masters in Business Studies (MBS) in International Business and a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), in Economics and Finance.

Eoin Conroy - Director
Eoin is co-founder and Director of Innovo Training and Development.
In his career to date Eoin has gained vast experience in sales, marketing, research and strategic planning, specifically in the Telecommunications and Business of Sport sectors. He regularly delivers projects for a wide range of clients including Ulster Bank, Opel, Powerade and the IMCA.
Eoin is actively involved in developing and delivering the full suite of Innovo’s professional development training. With his experience and innovative delivery style, Eoin is able to bring real life experience and international best practice to the workshops he delivers.
Orla Doyle - Training Manager
Orla is the Training Manager with Innovo Training and Development. Orla regularly develops and delivers training in all areas to a number of clients. She has worked with Bord Na Mona, Emerge Skillnet, County Enterprise Boards and many other small and medium enterprises.
Orla is an experienced Executive Coach who regularly works with senior executives to achieve real business development results.
Orla currently holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Communication, specialising in Training and Development from Queens University Belfast and she holds a degree in Law and Government from the University of Ulster, as well as Diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching accredited by European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

Adrian Birrel
Adrian Birrell is the former Ireland cricket coach and is originally from the Eastern Cape of South Africa, where he was introduced to cricket at a young age by his father Harry. Adrian achieved a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Xhosa and a Diploma in teaching, and then utilising his Xhosa language, went on to develop cricket teams in the townships of Port Elizabeth.
He was chosen as Port Elizabeth's Citizen of the Year in 1994 for his work with youth groups. In 1992 he coached the Under 19 South African team while simultaneously playing 45 matches for Eastern Province.
Adrian has retired as the Irish National Coach to dedicate his time to his family life and to pursue his work in education. He has successfully delivered talks and seminars to clients in all Businesses sectors including Finance, Retail and Education. As a successful cricket player and with 20 years of coaching experience, Adrian can draw on his life experience and success to deliver an empowering seminar on leadership styles.
Mickey Harte
Mickey Harte is current manager of Tyrone Gaelic Football Team and he has lead the team to three All Ireland Titles in 5yrs. He is widely regarded as one of the shrewdest and most astute tacticians in the game toady.
Mickey has the unique ability to be able to motivate teams and individuals so they can reach their full potential. Mickey, a retired PE teacher, delivers an engaging and thought provoking seminar on team and individual motivation, that each participant will find challenging yet inspiring. Mickey has delivered his talks throughout the county to such clients as Opel Ireland, Cornmarket Insurance, Bank of Ireland and The Charted Institute of Public Relations.
