Innovo Training and Development are an, innovative training company which has grown quickly and has established itself as one of the premier training companies in Dublin.  We have formed close relationships with our clients due to our tailor made training approach. We are a training company which focuses on delivering energetic, practical courses that keeps the learner at the core of all material, ensuring that clarity and understanding are paramount thus enhancing the learning experience.  All our training courses are free of generic ‘template’ or ‘prescription’ approaches.

Training Programmes

• We have a large range of subject matter of which we can deliver, however each course undertaken, the content is modified after consultation with the client.
• The socialization of the learner is very important to us and thus we need to ensure constant and effective communication with the client. Once this has been established the core course material is modified and adapted to meet the learner’s needs.

Business Day workshops

We specialise in delivering full or half day business workshops on topics that are relevant and interesting to our clients and learners.  We deliver these workshops to:

• Aspiring entrepreneurs - This covers topics such as legal structures, market research, taxation, selling skills and marketing.
• Existing business owners - This focuses on topics such as innovative marketing, presentation skills and time management.
• Company Employees – In this area we focus on topics such as team building, leadership and time management to aid the professional and professional development of the individuals.
