Innovative, Tailored Sales Development Training

Over the past few months, Innovo Training and Development have been working closely with new and developing businesses to help them increase their knowledge and appreciation of the need for a strategic approach to sales for the continued success of their business.

 

In this highly tailored training the staff at Innovo Training and Development work with business owner and managers to develop a sales strategy that works for them. 

 

Split into three, three hour workshops, this training course will build upon the participants knowledge and understanding of the sales process and how they need to tailor their approach to it.

 

In our approach to the delivery of this training, we cover the following topics:

  • Session 1  - Introduction and Understanding of the Theory of Sales
  • Session 2* – Focus on Business 2 Business Selling / Consumer Based Selling/ Selling Profession Services
  • Session 3 – A focus on developing a successful sales strategy for each individual business

 

Following up on the workshops each participants will be assigned one to one coaching session, to mentor and monitor progress.

On completion this course, participants will have received:

  • Tailored training, specific to their business needs
  •  Results driven and
  • One to one focused attention on your business
  • The opportunity to develop your confidence in the ability to initiate a sale and bring it to a successful conclusion
  • Invitations to various networking and business events relevant to your industry.  
  • FETAC Level 5 module accreditation
